My Dr suggested
I walk for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night so today I got on
the treadmill. I did the 15
minutes this morning. Joe put on
some scenic treadmill walking video on YouTube to help. Apparently people just filmed scenery
as they went out jogging and you can watch it while running or walking to feel
like you’re outside. It’s kind of
funny. Joe started watching it
during his runs. We’ve been
watching The Treadmill Runner channel but apparently there aren’t that many
videos. I went over to my friend’s
house and we went for a walk down Ventura so I think I got my other 15
minutes in. We had a Jamba Juice
(which I’d been craving) and just chatted and hung out. It was nice to see her. She lives so close to me but I don’t
think I visit often enough. When
we got back to her place she made oatmeal cranberry chocolate chip cookies and
they were delicious! I am going to
try to cut back on sweets but it’s super hard. At least I did some walking today.
