I usually cook a
turkey every year. Sometimes I
invite friends over, once I invited Joe’s parents over and sometimes it’s just
the two of us. I actually do enjoy
cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I
always brine my turkey overnight.
This year we were invited over to Joe’s brother’s house. It was really nice to be with family
and enjoy the Holiday. They had
actually ordered all of their food from Whole Foods and it was all pretty
good. There were also a bunch of
desserts. I was so stuffed by the
end. The baby was super quiet (not
moving much at all) and I joked that the turkey must have put it to sleep. We all sat around telling family
stories. It was a good time.
