For the past
couple nights I’ve had hearburn while trying to sleep. I even had some acid reflux come up
into my throat. I haven’t had any
heartburn until now. I guess I
should make sure I’m not eating or snacking too close to bed time. I usually have a glass of chocolate
milk before bed but I guess I should space it out more before laying down. I’ve been somewhat alternating between
sleeping on the couch and in bed.
My neck is more elevated on the couch than in bed but I’ve had the
heartburn in both places. I only
get back pain in bed. I somehow
always end up sleeping on my back even though I’m trying to avoid it. My back is usually fine on the couch although last night it started hurting a bit so I switched to the bed.
My belly is
getting bigger. I’m wondering how
much bigger it’s going to get.
Sometimes it feels kind of heavy.
I guess besides the baby inside there’s also the water weight I’m
carrying around. I’m only supposed
to be gaining one pound a week but I think I’m gaining more than that. It doesn’t help that I’m so addicted to
sweets and not really exercising.
I should focus more on maintaining a healthy pregnancy weight.
