I’ve been having
a lot of trouble sleeping. I keep
waking up at 6am no matter what.
Then I can’t go back to sleep until 9am and end up sleeping until
12pm. I usually go to sleep
between 1am and 2am but no matter what I keep waking up at 6am and can’t go
back to sleep. I also have trouble
getting comfortable and sleeping on my side. I sleep on the couch every night now. It’s the only way I feel comfortable
enough to go to sleep. I guess the
side of the couch hugs me kind of like a pregnancy pillow. I don’t get leg
cramps from sleeping on the couch and my head is elevated a bit which keeps me
from getting acid reflux. I do
miss sleeping in bed with my husband but the couch is the most comfortable
place for me to sleep and seemingly the only place I can actually fall asleep
even if I still keep waking up at 6am.
