For the first
time since I got pregnant I’ve noticed an increase in my appetite. Until now I’ve just been eating
normally and that’s been totally fine.
In fact my friends point out that I actually eat much less than they do
when I’m out to lunch with them.
However, the last few days I’ve just been really hungry and continue to
feel hungry even after I eat. I
suppose this is the stage where the baby is growing the most and putting on the
most weight so maybe that has something to do with it. I really don’t like feeling hungry
though and I definitely don’t want to over eat. I like where I’m at and my weight gain has been slow so I’ve
been happy with that. When I wake
up at 6am I’m usually starving so I’ll have a bowl of oatmeal. Then when I wake up again I have a bowl
of cereal as a second breakfast.
Then lunch later and dinner really late. Sometimes I’m still hungry immediately after eating lunch. Maybe I should find some healthy
filling snacks to try.
