Today, Joe and I
went for a walk around Lake Balboa Park.
I love that park. It’s so
nice and peaceful. There was a
wonderful breeze flowing so it wasn’t hot at all. The park was pretty crowded but that didn’t bother me. I like watching the ducks and all the
animals. The sun was low so the
light was really nice on the water.
They rent out paddle boats and there were a ton out on the lake. Joe and I always talked about renting a
paddle boat but haven’t yet. I
wish I went to the park more. I’m definitely
not getting enough exercise being home all day. I keep telling myself I’m going to go for walks but I never
do. Our neighborhood really isn’t
the best place for that. The lake
park is great but we have to drive to it.
